How to contact Ching Support from the App

You can also contact us from the Ching app by following the few steps below:

1. Open the Ching app and make sure you're signed in.
2. Tap on the profile icon on the top-left of the home screen.
3. A drawer menu will open with some navigation options. Tap on the Support drawer item to open the support view.
4. On the Support screen, fill in your feedback / issue and select Submit. A support ticket will be opened for a team member to resolve.
